Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ER using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation)
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs; develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor responses and manage adverse events
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team; provide patient and family education
- Triage and manage high-acuity, rapidly changing emergencies; ensure patient safety and timely interventions
- Document care and clinical findings accurately in the electronic health record; maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
- Minimum 3 years of ER nursing experience
- Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- TNCC or ENPC certification required
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and participate in a 13-week travel assignment starting 05/04/2026
- Must be able to work in a hospital ER environment and adhere to facility policies and professional standards
