What You’ll Do:

• Operate and support machines like lasers, roll formers, grinding and other forming equipment
• Work with your hands to inspect, measure, and ensure part quality
• Follow job instructions and complete simple production paperwork
• Pitch in as part of a team that takes pride in doing great work
• Learn and grow — we love to train people to help them attain their goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude – if you’ve ever fixed a lawnmower or built something from scratch, you’re our kind of person
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–30 lbs occasionally
• Bonus: Welding or sheet metal experience (not required)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
• Physical: Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis
