Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for production runs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Conduct first-piece inspections to ensure product quality and specifications.
• Maintain and update setup documentation and process parameters.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize machine performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during operations.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks related to setups and tooling.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine setup, changeovers, and calibration within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for production equipment.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical certification or vocational training preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or HMI development.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with robotic systems or advanced automation.
