Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Oversee the investigation of non-conformances, implementing robust root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality programs, ensuring materials and components meet specified quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant national and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data and metrics, preparing reports for management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASQ CQM/OE, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification.
