Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality performance metrics and trends.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, work instructions, and records.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, PPAP).
• Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with industry-specific quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100)
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to global manufacturing operations
