Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance for production lines.
• Manage cybersecurity protocols and incident response for both IT and OT environments to protect critical manufacturing data and operations.
• Lead the implementation and integration of manufacturing-specific software systems such as ERP, MES, and SCADA.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT hardware, software, and network issues across office and factory floor operations.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with manufacturing goals to drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery planning for critical production and business systems.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for hardware, software, and services critical to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and strategy within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with production processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of operational technology (OT) systems such as SCADA, MES, and PLCs, and the convergence of IT/OT networks.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management for critical manufacturing systems and data.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with common manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC technologies
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles for operational technology (OT) environments
• Project management experience with IT/OT integration projects within a manufacturing setting
