You’ll receive comprehensive training and support as you prepare for the NMLS exam to become a Licensed Loan Officer. This role offers a competitive pay structure with hourly wages plus commission, making it a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in the mortgage industry.

$16 - $18 hourly + commission

• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline

• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
• Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer

• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness, Solar)
• Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role
• A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary
