Multi-Axis CNC Milling Machinist — Aerospace Tooling

We design, engineer, build, and certify in-house—covering assembly and lay-up tools, large and small checking tools, mill fixtures, and more. Our partners include Boeing, Bell Helicopter, GE Aviation, and Honda Aircraft Company.

Your day-to-day

Step onto the floor and take ownership of complex milling work from setup to final inspection. You’ll:

• Perform complete setups, adjustments, and operations on CNC milling machines.
• Run jobs independently and keep multiple tasks moving without supervision.
• Interpret and work from blueprints with tight tolerances and GD&T requirements.
• Switch confidently between 3-axis and 5-axis work—both are a must for this role.
• Troubleshoot equipment and optimize CNC tooling to maintain throughput and quality.
• Use G-code and M-code; apply manual machining skills when needed.
• Collaborate with in-house design and engineering to meet deadlines and program intent.

What you bring

• 5 or more years of experience with CNC machines (required).
• CNC milling machine experience: 2+ years (required).
• Hands-on experience with Fidia C20, TPI 2000, Fanuc OiMD, Siemens, and Fadal machines (required).
• Strong math and clear communication skills.
• Detail orientation and a sense of how deadlines impact the broader business.
• Previous Aerospace industry experience is a plus.

Schedule & employment

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Day shift with 10-hour and 12-hour options
• Overtime and weekends as needed
• Shift availability: Day Shift
• Work Location: In person
• Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities
