Material Handler - Afternoons

We're hiring a skilled and reliable Material Handler to join a world-class automotive and industrial engineering manufacturer in Troy. This is a dynamic role within a high-precision manufacturing environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities. We are looking for a stand up forklift operator who is comfortable navigating tighter spaces and thrives in an environment that requires both technical forklift skill and hands-on physical support. Shift: Monday - Thursday afternoons (4 tens)

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation : Safely operate a stand-up forklift (Hi-Lo) to move raw materials and finished goods through the production floor.
• Logistics Support : Perform duties including wrapping pallets, labeling, and prepping shipments for transport.
• Inventory Flow : Ensure production lines are consistently supplied with necessary components to prevent downtime.
• Facility Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized work environment, specifically focusing on the housekeeping of aisleways to ensure safe passage.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the production team to meet daily output goals and quality standards.
