Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time assignment runs from August 25 through June 11, 2027, and offers the chance to split your expertise between two welcoming elementary schools—.6 FTE at one campus and .4 FTE at another. Each day will bring new opportunities to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring students receive top-notch care tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid MI licensure required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
• Dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students
• Evaluate and develop individualized education plans
• Work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district standards
• Deliver services exclusively onsite, ensuring high-quality, hands-on support
