Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards within the warehouse environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations (e.g., OSHA).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in warehouse management or supply chain logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration.
• - Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
