The Communications & Brand Strategy Leader provides strategic leadership and hands-on execution of all written, digital, video, or other communications for Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation (HNNR), including collateral-based marketing tools, social media, media-relations, as well as internally focused tools for program recipients and staff. The role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication and branding strategy that ensures consistent messaging across all audiences, including patients, families, referral sources, physicians, staff, and the general public. The position manages CRM systems, oversees website and social media presence, produces marketing tools and collateral, and supports culture and brand initiatives from the Office of the Executive Director. The role may supervise a small team or coordinate with centralized Hope Network specialists to meet established communication goals.

  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
  • Develop and implement an integrated communications and branding strategy aligned with HNNR’s mission and goals and that addresses all audiences.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Lead development of written, digital, video, and collateral content for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage website content, structure, updates, and analytics for the Neuro Rehabilitation program.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, monitoring, and metrics reporting.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for media relations, including press releases and interview preparation, as needed.
  • Work closely with the Engagement Manager to meet the needs of the marketing and branding outreach plan.
  • Develop and produce marketing materials, brochures, presentations, newsletters, eblasts, and patient-facing education tools.
  • Manage the program’s CRM, utilizing data for targeted outreach and campaign performance analysis.
  • Drive the targeting of, planning for and execution of high-impact events, conferences and other marketing campaigns.
  • Support Executive Director through planning and implementation of an internal culture and staff communication strategies.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and digital media needs for programs, marketing and events.
  • Oversee projects using external vendors or contracted specialists to meet communication and branding objectives.
  • Prepare regular reporting on communication metrics, media engagement, CRM performance, and brand initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and relevant to position responsibilities.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing strategy, or brand development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital platforms, CRM systems, and social media channels.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience producing or directing graphic, video, and digital media content.
  • Experience in healthcare, neuro rehabilitation, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, administrative, and executive teams.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
  • Level 5 – Access to PHI of consumers at the affiliate of employment as applicable.
