Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting user issues related to Salesforce access, permissions, and basic functionality.
- Log, track, and document support tickets, escalating complex problems to senior teams as needed.
- Assist with basic Salesforce administration tasks such as user creation, password resets, and profile updates.
- Help maintain data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate or inconsistent records.
- Support user onboarding and training by creating guides, FAQs, and conducting basic training sessions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business teams to communicate user feedback and improve system performance.
