• Build relationships with our current clients by providing expert support, education, and policy reviews.
• Proactively reach out to clients prior to renewal to discuss coverage, pricing, and any changes needed.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and help clients understand the value of additional products.
• Handle policy changes, billing questions, documentation, and follow-ups with ease and accuracy.
• Work with our carrier partners to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Be a part of a fun, supportive team that celebrates wins and supports one another.
• Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes in the agency management system.

• A valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred. Preferred Candidate will have Independent insurance experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems and rating platforms.
• A team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
