Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all manufacturing equipment.
• Oversee compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5-7 years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in CMMS, predictive/preventive maintenance, and industrial equipment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including budgeting and project oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; CMRP certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment installation and upgrade projects.
