As a Client Service Representative, you support clients by answering program questions, providing updates, and ensuring their concerns are addressed accurately and professionally. This role is customer service‑focused , not sales or retention, and plays a critical part in creating a positive client experience.

This is a high‑volume customer service role, meaning:
✅ Inbound‑focused client support with some outbound follow‑ups
✅ Performance measured by service quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and documentation

Responsibilities of Client Services Representatives

• Handle high volumes of inbound client calls
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to provide updates and answer questions
• Respond to client concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Clearly explain debt settlement programs and processes
• Accurately document all client interactions in CRM systems
• Navigate multiple systems to locate and update client information
• Partner with internal departments to resolve client needs
• Meet performance expectations while maintaining excellent service

Qualifications & Training for Client Services Representatives

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in basic computer skills & Navigating CRMs & other IT platforms
• Reliable time & attendance history
• Financial services experience a plus
• Virtual training provided

Compensation & Benefits

• $15/hour…PAID WEEKLY
