Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain) for project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes through project implementation.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent demonstrated project management experience
• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment, including understanding of production processes, supply chain, and quality systems
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) relevant to manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams (engineering, production, R&D) and external stakeholders in a manufacturing context

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software or other engineering design tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant industry quality standards.
