Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Administer performance management programs, including reviews and development plans for all staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives, focusing on safety, skills enhancement, and leadership.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning, talent retention, and succession strategies.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance (e.g., OSHA, FLSA, FMLA), and HR best practices in a production setting.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning for both salaried and hourly production roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with operational goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with performance management systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration relevant to a manufacturing workforce.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with labor relations or union avoidance strategies.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting OSHA compliance and safety programs.
- Prior involvement in HRIS implementation or significant system optimization projects.
