Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, system malfunctions, and operational issues.
• Install, set up, and commission new production lines and manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams for repairs and installations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex machinery.
• Adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting or basic programming.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) for repairs and fabrication.
• Familiarity with robotics or other advanced automation systems.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
