About the Role:
As our Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure performance targets are met. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, improving processes, and delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in leading and managing the sales team
- Support training and onboarding of new sales staff
- Track performance metrics and help achieve sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations
- Contribute ideas to improve strategy, service, and efficiency
- Step in for the Sales Manager when needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or sales support
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Results-driven with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in remodeling is a plus
