Salary Range: $133,000 - $184,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L and financial performance of the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational and business growth objectives.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or General Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility, budget management, and cost control expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, including lean principles, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, and achieve business growth targets.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, AI/ML in production)
• Multilingual proficiency relevant to global supply chains or diverse workforces
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on operations or supply chain management
