Compensation & Perks

• Hourly pay: $14–$17 (up to $20/hr for advanced care cases)
• Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Program (caregivers & clients)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support individuals with memory-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s
• Help with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Perform safe transfers (gait belt/Hoyer lift training available)
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, or activities
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist with mobility tasks
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and current vehicle registration
• Reliable phone for scheduling and communication
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to pass a background screening
• TB test required (can be completed during onboarding)
