Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology, and will be comfortable using software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through warm calling to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize software tools to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and trust, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve products and services.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on technology sales preferred.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Experience in business development is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
