Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and timely reporting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, management reports, and production profitability analyses.
• Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Support year-end audit activities and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting, with experience in process improvement and internal controls.
• Proven ability to partner with operations, drive financial performance, and lead a finance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Deep experience with ERP system implementation or optimization in a manufacturing environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
