Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects for production lines and new product introduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Ensure the technical integrity, reliability, and safety of manufacturing equipment, processes, and designs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and capital expenditure requests.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and compliance with industry regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a production environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) relevant to manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
