Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation solutions
• Proficiency with enterprise-level PLM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
