Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing facility.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and conduct various HR-related training programs, such as safety, compliance, and skills development.
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports for workforce analysis and compliance.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries and enrollment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices, including OSHA compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment for a diverse workforce, including hourly production and skilled trade roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish)
• Familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems common in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos)
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices
