Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for raw materials and components.
• Manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support continuous production.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely material flow and product delivery.
• Establish and monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, and engineering to align supply chain activities with production schedules and business goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship development.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module upgrades (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
• Proven experience in international sourcing, logistics, or global trade compliance.
