Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable for raw materials, production supplies, and general expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing for manufactured goods and monitoring collections.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
• Assist with inventory valuation and tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Prepare and process payroll for all manufacturing and administrative staff.
• Generate basic financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Reconcile manufacturing-related expenses and production overheads.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems) and advanced Excel
• Strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, inventory management, and manufacturing-related financial transactions
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles (e.g., job costing, inventory valuation).
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
