Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Calculate and analyze inventory valuation, including work-in-process and finished goods.
• Prepare comprehensive product costing and profitability reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for production costs.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and analyze inventory adjustments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and provide actionable insights.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system optimization, configuration, or implementation (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle EBS).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Advanced Excel modeling and VBA programming skills.
