Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives and new product introductions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, supply chain, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing waste.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP/QM)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing, automation)
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or supply chains
