Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill assessments, and operational feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of resources and personnel.
- Source, develop, or procure training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate or deliver training sessions on safety procedures, equipment operation, quality standards, and process improvements.
- Track and report on training completion, effectiveness, and impact on key performance indicators.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective solutions to address skill gaps.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation or administration
- - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training
- - Experience developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual training sessions
