Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Offering Elite customer service to all customers
· Greet all walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Assist customers with their carry out orders
· Assist all customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, pick-up orders
· Create new customer accounts for all new customers
· Answer all inbound calls in a timely manner to assists customers
· Email Correspondence with customers regarding customer orders or customer inquiries
· Effectively communicate with customers through chat regarding orders or inquiries
· Effectively resolve customer complaints by finding a resolution in a timely manner
· Work cross-functionally with internal team members to resolve customer issues
· Must be knowledgeable of our products and our website
· Able to work with multiple platforms and keep all platforms updated/linked
· Communicate effectively at all levels within the company
· Ability to stay focused and performs job duties efficiently and accurately
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies set forth by upper management
· Responsible for performing all other duties assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Ability to type 40+ wpm
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service in an office or call center setting

- Customer Service experience required
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- PC literacy including MS Office, as well as Internet and Windows navigation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening and problem-solving skills
- Extremely detail oriented with strong ability to adapt and work under pressure
- Team oriented with a keen sense of customer loyalty and accountability
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
