Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to manufacturing quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the implementation of new production lines, equipment installations, and process improvement projects.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and ensure deliverables meet specified manufacturing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• PMP certification or equivalent expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, particularly with engineering, production, and procurement teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with industrial automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawing review
• Supply chain management or logistics expertise
