Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and validation of manufacturing processes for new product introductions (NPI).
• Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) of new products.
• Define, procure, and qualify new equipment, tooling, and fixtures required for NPI.
• Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process control plans.
• Conduct pilot production runs, analyze data, and drive process optimization for NPI.
• Monitor initial production yields, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions during product ramp-up.
• Provide technical training and support to production teams on new products and manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or New Product Introduction (NPI) role within a production environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) principles.
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and validate new manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for production scale-up.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, leading NPI projects from concept to mass production.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for product or process optimization.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing or supply chains.
