Branch Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Branch Manager to lead our East branch operations. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including sales, operations, customer service and staff management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in achieving business growth objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Assessing current team structures, reporting lines, and operational systems to identify inefficiencies or gaps.

• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Work with Director of Sales, Director of Projects, VP of Intelligence & Strategy, and Project Managers to ensure the branch is meeting company margin and revenue goals.

• Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and team members to align branch objectives with company goals. 

• Responsible for promoting Company Culture Plan to ensure employee retention. 

• Ensuring Branch Personnel following EOS Structure Model and Accountability. 

• Handles daily personnel matters and collaborates with HR to develop solutions. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in branch management or related leadership role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and control technologies, including the ability to interpret control sequences, system schematics, and troubleshoot HVAC and integrated building systems to support efficient and reliable facility operations.
