Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on production lines to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for all plant machinery.
• Lead the installation, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment and system upgrades.
• Ensure all electrical systems and practices comply with industry standards, safety regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for electrical systems.
• Select, specify, and procure electrical components, sensors, PLCs, and VFDs for manufacturing applications.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians on electrical systems, controls, and safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial control systems, motor control, and power distribution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and automation equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and relevant electrical codes.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Experience with industrial robotics and automation systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA/MES system design and integration.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT).
