Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Manage the P&L, develop annual budgets, and control operational costs to achieve financial targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, market share, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory, quality, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
• Optimize supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics to support production demands.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across all production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or General Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management responsibility and budget oversight.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality systems, and production processes.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and driving market growth.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Prior experience in a global manufacturing environment or international market expansion.
• Demonstrated success in new product introduction (NPI) and scaling manufacturing processes for growth.
