UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst for a Contract role with a client in Dearborn, MI . This position supports the FCSD Customer Retention Uptime Team , whose mission is to drive innovation in service experiences by deeply understanding customer and dealer needs and designing seamless interactions that strengthen long‑term loyalty.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $43/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of digital tools designed to improve customer and dealer service experiences.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret user needs, transform insights into tool requirements, and support ongoing optimization.

• Create data‑driven dashboards, reports, and UI components to enable operational transparency and decision‑making.

• Integrate internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and elevate process efficiency.

• Design and support application solutions that streamline workflows and enhance usability.

• Support API‑based integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and tools.

• Solve complex problems related to data, usability, tool performance, and process improvement.

• Assist in capturing and analyzing data to support tool enhancement initiatives, business reporting, and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager , Delivery Manager , or adjacent digital/technical role.

• Strong experience in:

  • Application solutions

  • Data collection and data integration

  • Analytics dashboards and reporting

  • Problem‑solving in technical or operational environments

  • APIs and system connectivity

Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
