Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment and staffing for production, skilled trades, and administrative positions.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly those impacting a manufacturing environment.
• Administer and support HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Facilitate resolution of workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data within the HRIS.
• Assist with benefits administration and support payroll processing for manufacturing personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and HR best practices relevant to a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including production, skilled trades, and administrative positions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety programs.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with HRIS systems managing time & attendance for multi-shift operations.
