SALARY: $21.52/hour
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: A2 Virtual+ Summer Term Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, including those who may have academic difficulties, is preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and the public.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow testing security procedures.
SCHEDULE
The general schedule is as follows. (This is the anticipated weekly schedule; however, some adjustments may be necessary during the summer term.)
- Monday (8:00 a.m. -11 a.m.)
- Wednesday (12 p.m. -3 p.m.)
- Friday (8 a.m. - 11 a.m.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with student check-in and room supervision.
- Monitor testing environments to ensure adherence to testing protocols and maintain test security.
- Provide basic assistance to students during testing, as permitted by testing guidelines.
- Utilize a web browser to access testing platforms and complete basic online tasks related to testing administration.
- Follow all training and procedures provided by A2 Virtual+.
Training will be provided on all specific testing procedures and systems.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Read, write and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff, parents, students, and administrators.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Add, subtract, and multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASOING ABILITY
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Work effectively with parents and students from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
- Perform duties with awareness of district requirements and Board of Education policies.
