Position: HVAC Apprentice - Service Department

Responsibilities:

• Assist service technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance of HVAC systems
• Learn how to identify system issues and perform basic troubleshooting
• Develop customer service skills by observing and supporting service calls
• Keep company vehicles stocked, organized, and clean
• Participate in regular safety and technical training
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm with occasional overtime based on service demand

What We're Looking For:

• Trade school enrollment or completion preferred
• Up to 1 year of experience in HVAC or similar mechanical/service role
• EPA Universal certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow into a lead service tech role
