Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, including team leaders and operators.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Monitor production performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and inventory levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
• Experience with budget management and cost control in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
