Little Champs ABA Therapies is hiring a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead transformative outcomes for pediatric clients.
The Role:
- Lead comprehensive behavioral assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor a high-performing team (RBTs/BCaBAs).
- Empower families through evidence-based coaching and advocacy.
What You Bring:
- Certification: Active BCBA + Colorado LBA (or immediate eligibility).
- Experience: 3+ years in pediatric ABA.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
