Hourly pay range: $52-$55/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow‑ups
• Create and enhance presentations using PowerPoint
• Build and analyze datasets using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, visuals)
• Collect and interpret operational data to support decision‑making
• Coordinate cross‑functional work and maintain structured documentation
• Support the Propulsion System Controls organization with administrative, operational, and analytical tasks

Job Requirements

• Intermediate+ proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with global teams
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Experience supporting executives
• Prior experience in operations or project coordination

Additional Notes:

• Local, onsite candidates only
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (flexibility for global meetings)
• Onsite interviews preferred (VP will attend)
• No driving required beyond normal commuting
