Full-service painting and surface company specializing in interior/exterior residential, commercial, and industrial painting, cabinet refinishing/refacing, and granite & quartz countertop sales and installation.
Position Overview:
Commission-only Sales Representatives needed who can hit the ground running with little or no training. Candidates should have proven success selling painting, cabinet refacing/refinishing, and countertops, able to generate leads, perform on-site estimates, present proposals, and close sales independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, follow up, and maintain a sales pipeline
- Conduct on-site consultations and accurate measurements
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes
- Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
- Coordinate job schedules and handoffs with operations
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow-up
- Track sales activity in our CRM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting, cabinets, countertops, or closely related trades
- Ability to start immediately and work independently with minimal training
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional, clean-cut appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for on-site visits
- Ability to read basic plans/measurements and provide accurate estimates
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
Compensation:
- Commission-only (percentage discussed during interview)
- Typical earnings for experienced reps in this area vary; many earn between $65,000 and $250,000+ annually depending on performance
