About the Role

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the patient and employee experience. Working alongside the CEO and Human Resources leadership, you will lead clinical operations, enhance care quality, and create a positive work environment for staff. Your expertise in healthcare leadership will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional care for chronically and critically ill patients.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the clinical leader, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with senior nursing staff to address staffing ratios and enhance patient care quality.

Collaborate with regional leaders to develop staffing initiatives, including training programs for new graduates and returning nurses.

Manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Lead by example—treating others with respect, providing mentorship, and building an engaging workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

Education: BSN required; MSN or a Master's in Healthcare (or active enrollment in a Master's program) is required.

Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience; at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.

Certifications: Active RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Clinical Skills: Experience with ventilators, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET tubes, and wound care is a plus.

Leadership Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a supportive and effective work environment.
