Nurse Practitioner - Part Time - SNF
LTC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team as Part-Time Primary-Care Providers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted license in Michigan.
- Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program
Job Structure
- This is an in-person position
- NP will commute directly between home/facilities
- NP work in coordination with a LTC Collaborating Physician
- NP is responsible for the day-to-day care of their patients
- After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers
Compensation and Benefits
- 105K Base, plus $20 per RVU
- Company paid subscription to “Up To Date”, both mobile and laptop
- Monthly phone stipend
- Paid professional liability-malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Company provided laptop and accessories
