Currently we are recruiting a Financial Business Analyst. This position's primary responsibilities are to manage the financial performance of engineering operations, including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role acts as a bridge between the engineering and finance departments, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and aligned with corporate financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track engineering budgets and project costs.
• Coordinate information flow between departments.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for engineering projects.
• Support cost estimating and project scheduling.
• Streamline Quoting process and create Linked cost models.
• Assists engineers in identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Identifies cost variances and performance issues.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks in engineering operations.
• Organize external audit and all supporting work papers.
• Support Production Control.
• Follows all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and assignments as required.
• IATF 16949 awareness training.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, project accounting, and cost management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Budgeting/Forecasting.
• Planning.
• Financial Analysis.
