Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process performance and product quality.
• Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and PFDs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective process solutions.
• Familiarity with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and process simulation software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced simulation or data analysis software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Python, R, JMP)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, aerospace)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
